The Rules:
All Artists of any medium and age can apply!
Please submit your chosen pieces of work on the theme of The Beatles! Maximum of TWO PIECES per artist. There is a handling fee of £5 per piece! Please note your two pieces of work are NOT guaranteed to be shown in the exhibition!
All work must be marked with your name and address plus Email or telephone number and attached with eyelets and cord 3 inches from the top of picture! BEFORE you enter The Gallery!
Drop off times for work will be on Thursday 11thth Aug and Friday 12th Aug between 1pm and 5pm ONLY!
Work will not be accepted if it is Larger than 4 feet by 3 feet or presented on a clip board!
The Gallery Does Not insure your work but will do it’s utmost to take care of it…please make your own arrangements where necessary!
Exhibition runs from 20th Aug (Private View) until 7thst Sept. 2011
Commission is at 35%.
Any work uncollected after two weeks of the Exhibition closing will be left for Madelainartz to dispose of! If these dates are a problem please contact Madelainartz beforehand on: 07902697816.
