The Gallery at Clayton Square Presents - The Open Exhibition:

‘Mad About Liverpool 2012!’

To be opened by the Lord Mayor of Liverpool on 19th January!

The Rules:

All Artists of any medium and age can apply!

Please submit your chosen pieces of work on the theme of Liverpool! Maximum of THREE PIECES per artist. There is a handling fee of £5 per piece! Please note ALL 3 pieces of work are NOT guaranteed to be shown in the exhibition! Cash and cheques (with a banker’s card) are acceptable means of payment. Please make cheques out to Madelainartz.

All work must be marked with your name and address plus Email or telephone number and attached with eyelets and cord 3 inches from the top of picture! BEFORE you enter The Gallery!

Drop off times for work will be on Fri 13th Jan and Sat 14th Jan between 1pm and 4pm ONLY!

Work will not be accepted if it is Larger than 4 feet by 3 feet or presented on a clip board!

The Gallery Does Not insure your work but will do it’s utmost to take care of it…please make your own arrangements where necessary! Exhibition runs from 19th Jan (Private View) until 8th Feb. 2012 Commission is at 35%.
